  • Administrative closure activities - Contractual requirements during closure, including: guarantees, warranties and letters of final acceptance.
  • Project closure in common resources and delivery approaches, including: PMBoK, PRINCE2; and Praxis;
  • Setting up for streamlined closure project closure across the project life-cycle;
  • Closing the contract and sub-contacts for owner and contractor 
  • How to resolve disputes, change orders, claims and back-charges
  • How to finalise and archive project documentation
  • How to learn lessons captured throughout a project by building them back in to systems and processes.
